SPIDER SHOCKER
The newest villain in the Spiderman newspaper comics is called "the Shocker." The Shocker. Either there was a monumental lapse in common sense at the syndicate, or this is a vast in-joke that literally took months in the making, as these strips are drawn far ahead of when they're actually published. Whatever happened, it's the funniest thing I've seen in Spiderman for over a year.
Incidentally, the Shocker's special ability appears to be making things vibrate by shooting electricity from his hands.

I don't read the paper comics. I get my comic feeds from the Houston Chronicle online, which lets you customize your own daily comics page. To my knowledge, they're the only newspaper that does this, and possibly the only newspaper that still puts their daily comics online. Let's hear it for the Houston Chron!
